Derby Arena is an iconic event space that has developed an innovative and varied event portfolio since opening in 2015. A wide variety of sports take place within the infield from traditional to the up and coming, played at various levels up to National and International. A wide range of clubs, groups and schools use the space and we work hard to develop strong relationships locally and nationally with sporting partners, to engage more people in becoming physically active
The Assistant Manager Operations will support the Health & Operations Manager to ensure the compliant and successful running of Derby Arena through robust business planning and delivery.
This role will be part of a duty management team which will operate on a shift rota basis, including evening, weekends and back holidays.
You should ideally possess a leisure management qualification, and be able to demonstrate a good understanding of Health & Safety within this environment.
