Power Cycling

Power Cycling provides a challenging and structured training session that is tailor-made to your specific needs.  Working within a group environment our Wattbikes will provide personalised power output and heart rate training zones to help guide your workout, enabling you to train at the correct intensity.

*It is recommended that you complete a ramp test and have an mmp score prior to attending this class – this can be done in one of the 45-minute Wattbike sessions or in the gym with a Health and Wellbeing Advisor.
