Power Cycling

A high intense, structured class that works specifically with each participants ability using sprints and constant holds. After taking a test you will have personalized power and heart rate zones that you will hit each class to guarantee improvement and push you to your limit.

*It is recommended that you complete a ramp test and have an mmp score prior to attending this class – this can be done in one of the 45-minute Wattbike sessions or in the gym with a Health and Wellbeing Advisor.
