During this unprecedented time, our class Instructors will be providing a virtual class programme for you to enjoy from home.
We will try our best to provide the programme as listed, but care of our staff is also critical and there may be times due to illness we have to cancel or change, but where possible we will strive to ensure you receive an exciting programme to keep you active!
Classes will be provided as live, pre-recorded or written instructions - enjoy!
