COVID-19 Swimming Update
15 July 2021 Update
From 19 July swimming at Queen's Leisure Centre will be available following guidelines outlined in the government's Covid-19 Recovery Roadmap. Swim capacities will be increased, changing rooms and showers will be available to use.

Learn to Swim Prices - from 4 January 2021

Direct Debits will be updated from the January payment.

Swimming at Queen's
Our Learn to Swim programme at Queen's Leisure Centre provides the opportunity for every individual regardless of age or ability to learn and achieve their own personal goals at their own pace. We deliver the world leading Swim England Learn to Swim Programme for Pre-School, Child and Adult lessons - it's designed so you can learn all the skills you need to be confident, competent and safe in the water.
We follow the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme for all both child and adult lessons - it's designed so you can learn all the skills you need to be confident, competent and safe in the water.

Please note: we are unable to run Adult lessons when in Tier 3.
Female Learn to Swim Lessons
We now have female only learn to swim sessions, available on Wednesday 10.30am, with a female Swim Teacher.

These classes are for young swimmers starting their learn to swim journey and are designed to help babies and toddlers build water confidence and enjoy learning to swim. The lessons are taught from the side of the pool, a parent is required in the water. We encouraged parents to bring a bath toy from home for the lessons

Swim England home-schooling activity sheets can be downloaded for free.
A range of free content covering aquatics-themed topics has been made available by Swim England to parents who are home-schooling.
