Reading Well books
These books, endorsed by health professionals, offer practical strategies based on proven methods to help you manage anxiety, depression, stress, and more.
There are five book lists available:

You can be recommended a title by a health professional, or you can visit your local library and take a book out yourself.
Reading Well is run by The Reading Agency in partnership with Libraries Connected and delivered through public libraries.
