We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Technician to join our busy Production & Technical Team at Derby LIVE, part of Derby City Council. We present and produce an excellent and diverse programme of live performances, events and festivals throughout the City of Derby.

You will provide professional technical support for the setup and running of productions and events, assisting in the maintenance of performance technical equipment.  You will be a multi-skilled Technician with an area of specialism in one or more of the following fields: Lighting, Sound, AV, Stage. 

You will work across all of Derby LIVE's venues and performance spaces on a rota basis, covering events at Derby Arena, the Guildhall Theatre and outdoor events throughout the city.

You will need to be able to lift and handle heavy equipment and have a flexible approach to working hours including evening and weekend working.

You must be able to travel to different locations within the City of Derby
