Derby Active Seminars
Derby Active Seminars are informal, informative discussions with members of our team.
Seminars are delivered each month at Springwood Leisure Centre and include topics such as, menopause, healthy eating, pre/post pregnancy exercise, introduction to weight lifting and more.
The talks are organised by our Derby Active Health and Wellbeing Advisors, and we welcome a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, providing a safe space for everyone to talk openly.
All Derby Active Inclusive Members can attend for free. (Charges may apply for non members).
