We know the New Year is a great time to start looking after your health after the indulgence of Christmas, so Derby Libraries have put together a collection of books packed with ideas for healthy eating - plus tips and tricks to create new and healthy habits.

All these books are available to reserve through our online catalogue, with Click and Collect services available at Riverside, Mickleover, Normanton and Alvaston libraries during the current Government restrictions.

Some of these titles can also be accessed from our e-library using the Borrowbox app. This service includes a wealth of fiction, non-fiction and children’s e-books and audiobooks, which is completely free for library members. Where they’re not available through the app, we’ve included some alternatives.
