Celebrating success with Springwood Members

Our Springwood members have been excelling themselves in the over the last couple of months.
Member Julie took on February’s gym challenge and has continued into March, and in doing so has achieved great things! February’s challenge was to see who could lose the greatest percentage of their bodyweight; since starting, Julie has lost 3.39% of her bodyweight – making her the biggest winner!
Julie has also lost 22.9cm over 6 measurements through hard work and dedication. She’s has been tracking and monitoring her eating patterns, hydration levels and sleep, along with upping her intensity in training and classes. Her focus has allowed her to push herself out of her comfort zone resulting in greater fitness, uplift in mood and focus.

Paul Jeffries has scooped the award as Springwood’s member of the month in February. Paul has been credited with coming to Springwood with a great deal of enthusiasm which hasn’t just lasted but grown over time! He’s taken full advantage of the member journey, smashed his gym sessions and done long runs out of the centre. He shows great technique and progress and always smiles and is happy to help others.
Members like Paul are what gives Springwood its great sense of community and make it such a great gym to be part of!
