Following the Governments recent advice, as well as our leisure facilities our Sales and Information Centre is now closed. If you have any questions regarding leisure bookings or need to contact us, please email email@example.com

- Stay 2 metres (6ft) away from other people
- Wash your hands as soon as you get home

Building closure update:
- Lancaster Sports centre (Derby Gymnastic Club) will be closed from Sunday.
- Gayton Swimming Pool is closed
- Lonsdale Swimming Pool is closed
- Derby Athletics Club is closed

This is a difficult time for us all, but the welfare of our visitors and staff must always come first. Derby Active will temporarily close its doors to the public in response to the government’s latest advice concerning the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic. This means Derby Arena, Queen’s Leisure Centre, Springwood Leisure Centre, Moorways Stadium, Allestree Park Golf Course and the Steve Bloomer ATP pitch at the Racecourse will be closed from and including Thursday 19 March 2020, for at least 30 days.
Please keep checking this page and our social media platforms where we will be providing further information in the next few days. All memberships will be frozen at no cost from Thursday 19 March 2020 for at least 30 days. If you have an existing booking with us, we will be in touch.
Whilst our doors may be shut for this time, we'll be sharing some ideas about how you can still enjoy being active in your home. So please do keep in touch.

Derby Active facilities currently remain open. We are continuing to monitor and follow guidance and advice from UK Government and Public Health England. We will keep you updated about any changes on our website noticeboard.
We advise all customers to follow guidance provided by NHS for Coronavirus and best practice for self-care techniques.

Will my Direct Debit be taken during the facility closure
No, all of our Direct Debit memberships have been frozen, and no fees will be taken from any accounts until the freeze has been lifted. There is no need for you to amend your Direct Debit, as once the centres re-open all Direct Debits will automatically re-start and we will inform customers of your next payment date.
I am a causal user and I have a paid booking for an activity.
If you have a booking with us, we will credit your account to the equivalent value for you to use when our facilities re-open. You will be contacted by email or text regarding your booking.
