Introducing July's member of the month! As you can see from the before and after pictures, Gareth has lost 5kg in 3 months by training 2-3 times per week. His dedicated and tailored programme consisted of both cardio and weights. His workouts lasted roughly an hour.
He said: "My daughter helped motivate me to get fit, I wanted to play with her without feeling like I've done a 90 min football match. From the beginning Adam set me a challenge of completing a 1.5 km walk/jog at the start, it took me over 11 mins, now I can complete it in 7.56! My next goal is to hit the 14 stone mark."
