Join our Customer Forum to have your say on your experience of Springwood Leisure Centre!

We value our customers and we want to know what you want from us, to give you the best possible experience of Springwood.

Would you like to tell us about your experience at Springwood? Do you have ideas for new improvements or new ideas we can develop at Springwood? Do you want the opportunity to tell us what we do well, and what we can do better? 

On the 7^th of November we will be allowing members a chance to meet with our managers to ask or discuss customer service topics of our Springwood face to face. The forum will be taking place in the foyer between 4 and 6pm.

We also have questionnaires going out in centre that will allow you to present feedback on the customer service we provide, our facility, cleanliness and booking procedures plus much more.
