Terms and Conditions

  • This offer is available to buy on all Derby Active Memberships.
  • To be eligible for the offer you will be required to set up a Direct Debit payment for the membership of your choice, to start on the 1 Nov 2024.
  • First Direct Debit must be paid to receive the offer, otherwise you may be charged for the discounted membership fee.
  • Derby Active Health and Fitness memberships can be used at Derby Arena, Springwood Leisure Centre.
  • The offer is only available to new members and people who have not held a Derby Active health and fitness membership four weeks prior to purchase of the offer.
  • All new members will need to complete a member application form.
