Monthly Gym challenge
Every month we like to challenge our gym-goers with an exciting gym challenge.
We vary the focus of the challenge and have our friendly and knowledgeable wellbeing advisors on hand to help you with a programme so you can beat your personal best each month.
10 Reps Challenge
What is it?:
Try and improve the weight you can lift in any given exercise for 10 reps. Your 10 rep max will be determined at the beginning of the month, and retested at the end of the month to check your progress.
