How do I do this challenge?
Record the time it takes you to complete 1.6km on a treadmill
Do I need a specific set up of gym equipment?
Running speed can be self-selected (km.h) and it is recommended to use no more than 1% incline
How do I record my results?
Just grab one of our Wellbeing Advisors who will show you what to do and record your results for you.
