Personal Training Sessions
Do you need a personal motivator to support you with your fitness goals? Well, why not choose a 1:1 session with our Health and Wellbeing Advisors?
- Your first 30-minute session will be an initial chat about what are your goals, outcomes, available equipment and a health review. From this, our team member will set targets and goals, that are achievable for you.
- There will then be a further 4 individual 45 minute sessions, where our Health and Wellbeing Advisor will offer training support, inspiration and advice.
- Sessions will be booked in advance.
Each session will be tailored to your requirements but could include workouts, nutrition advice, corrective exercises, postural exercises and more. All will be discussed at the first consultation.
Our Health and Wellbeing Advisors are able to provide virtual sessions, using Microsoft Teams.
