This month’s class is BODYPUMP™.
In this Les Mills™ class weighted bars are used that will help you sculpt, tone and strengthen the entire body. This workout challenges all the major muscle groups by using exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.
BODYPUMP™ alongside with great music and awesome instructors will help you burn fat and gain strength.
If you want to achieve your fitness goals then keep at it and challenge yourself.
Are you interested in giving BODYPUMP™ a go? Sessions take place on Tuesdays at 9.30am, Wednesdays at 5.30pm, Saturdays at 9.30am and Sundays at 9.30am.
