Now it's February that means time for a brand new gym challenge! 

This month we're asking you to tackle a circuit challenge. 

How do I do this challenge?

Complete the following circuit, with 1 minute on and 1 minute off.

  • Mountain climbers
  • Squat jumps
  • Press ups
  • Burpees 
  • Plank

Just grab one of our Wellbeing Advisors who will show you what to do and record your results for you.
