Come and try Springtots for just £1 for their first session! Springtots is a great way to get your child active and exploring. Springwood Leisure Centre’s Springtots sessions follow gymnastic fundamentals and introduce your little one to this amazing sport in a fun and challenging way. Parents with their children will be guided by coaches to explore various activities using soft play and gymnastics equipment.
Springtots is a great way for children to learn fundamental movements which are the building blocks for a wide range of sports, and will start to develop their confidence. As they grow, children will increase their strength and flexibility through fun-themed activities where they will receive Springtots certificates of achievement as they progress.
Sessions are held at Springwood Leisure Centre on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, for walking-age up to their 5th birthday (or school age). Sign up to the coaching courses and introduce your child to something new.
