National Fitness Day 25 Sept

National Fitness Day is the most active day of the year, when people of all ages and backgrounds come together to celebrate the fun of fitness.
Derby Active is celebrating National Fitness Day with a range of FREE activities on Wed 25 Sept.
- 7am - 7.30am Myzone Row
- 11.30am - 12pm Myzone Row
- 12.15pm - 12.45pm Myzone Group Train
- 1pm - 1.30pm Myzone ZM Indoor Cycling
- 1.30pm - 5pm Gym Team Drop In – Fitness Testing
- 5.45pm - 6.30pm Boxercise
- 6pm - 6.45pm Myzone Indoor Cycling
- 6.30pm -7pm Myzone Group Train
Small Group Training Sessions are 45 minutes that are Instructor led workouts with no more than five people. The session will be adapted for the groups fitness levels to meet individual needs. These sessions will be available at Queen's Leisure Centre and Derby Arena.
