Terms and Conditions
- Join from 20th December 2021 – 31st January 2022 and get your first four full months membership discounted to £25.
- To be eligible for the offer you will need to set up a Direct Debit payment schedule for a membership of your choice.
- To be entitled to the promotion you cannot have held a Derby Active membership in the last 30 days
- Your first four full months payments will be £25 and subsequent payments will be at full price.
- Direct Debit payments are set up for the 1st of the month - a pro-rata charge at the normal rate will apply if you sign up on a date other than the 1st of the month
- You must maintain a DD mandate beyond the fourth month and make the full payment in month 5 but if you cancel it, the discount is repayable

- Derby Active Health and Fitness memberships can be used at Derby Arena, Springwood Leisure Centre and Queen's Leisure Centre subject to activity availability.
- Please check facilities available at each location, applicable to your membership choice.During the promotional period should your membership be affected by part or full closure of a venue, you will be contacted with your future membership options.
- All new members must book a personal fitness plan session by contacting the centre of their choice.
- The membership is not transferable or refundable.
