Heavily influenced by the likes of; Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers and Bruce Springsteen - Rob’s music is filled with real life experiences, performed in his own compelling storytelling style, with acoustic guitar accompanied by a variation of foot percussion.

Recent years have been eventful for Rob, selling out numerous shows across England and Germany off the back of his relentless passion for performing live, consistently averaging well over 100 shows a year. His debut album ‘Lost Soul’ was released in 2024 featuring his longstanding touring band, ‘The Ashmen’.

'It’s not often you come across a voice with such controlled power: even at the emotional heights and depths of the songs, Rob’s voice retains a purity and focus that is all too rare. Wherever his songwriting leads him, his voice adapts to the genre, from pop through folk and roots. A classic voice for classic music.' - Stevie Simkin, Americana UK

Pinned as one of the UK's 'Best of UK Country & Americana' [Holler], Steady Habits has performed across the UK & Internationally, supporting artists such as The Hanging Stars, Our Man in the Field, Morganway & Demi Marriner and have performed at a number of high-profile festivals such as The AMA UK Conference, Black Deer, Truck Festival & the Long Road Festival. Sean was featured as a finalist for Holler's song writing competition for Deviate, a joyful and semi-autobiographical song about his upbringing as a young queer kid in the US.
