It’s open to everyone, so whether you’re looking for some fun family activities, try out new things for yourself or just meet people from across Derby’s community, there is something for everyone! Whether you can join us for 10 minutes or a few hours, you are more than welcome.

 

The Move More Derby Ambassadors are people who live and work in our communities and they’re passionate about supporting people to move more and improve their physical and mental wellbeing.

 

There will be activity taster sessions, arts and crafts, and information stalls.
