Love ghost stories? Learn how to write your own spine-tingling tales.

From classic masters like MR James and Charles Dickens through to modern author such as Susan Hill and Michelle Paver, the ghost story has been a popular form of fiction for many decades. This free workshop will explore some of the essentials elements of writing your own supernatural stories, including atmosphere, pacing and characterisation. Led by Alex Davis, creator and organiser of the UK Ghost Story Festival and lecturer at both The University of Derby and De Montfort University.
