About the Event
Get ready for a morning of stories, songs, and creativity at Derwent Library!
Join us for a free Summer Reading Challenge session packed with fun rhymes, engaging stories, and a hands-on craft activity where children can make and decorate their very own musical instruments to take home.
It's the perfect opportunity for little ones to spark their imaginations, get creative, and enjoy the magic of reading together.
Suitable for children aged 3–8 years, although younger and older siblings are very welcome to join in the fun.
Children must be library members (membership can be arranged on the day) and must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
