About the Event
Have you ever wanted to try Tai Chi?
This is the taster session for you! Join Angela for 60 minutes of guided gentle movement for improved phyiscal and mental health. We staart with a flowing warm-up routine to mobilise the joint and to calm the mind and breathing.
- Slow, gentle and low-impact.
- Accessible to all with the emphasis on working to your own comfort levels
- Seated options if preferred.
