YourPlan Baseline - A consultation and Tanita Body MOT, one of our qualified instructors will create a training plan tailored to your goals. After six weeks, you'll complete a final Body MOT to measure your progress and see the improvements you've made. It's a great way to stay focused, motivated and accountable on your fitness journey.
Reformer class - A Reformer is a specialised piece of Pilates equipment designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, posture and core stability. Unlike mat Pilates, the reformer uses a moving carriage and adjustable springs to provide resistance, making exercises more challenging or more supportive depending on your ability.
Track cycling taster session - A one-hour introductory session that gives complete beginners the opportunity to experience riding on Derby Arena's indoor Olympic-standard velodrome. No previous track cycling experience is required, making it a great way to try something new in a safe, supportive environment.
