My name’s Andy and I’ve been in the fitness industry for the last four years working as a fitness instructor and a personal trainer. I have always had a passion for fitness and have played sports since a very young age and still play now.

I try to use my knowledge in any training I do myself or when developing fitness programmes for my clients. Having the training I’ve had lets me push people further, giving clients extra motivation and determination to achieve their goals; whether it is losing weight or building muscle.
